A few honest notes
Pelvic floor PT is for women only at this practice
Pelvic floor physical therapy of any kind is not part of this practice for male patients. Men are welcome for orthopedic, vestibular, dry needling, and wellness services.
Dry needling requires a referral
Georgia state law requires a physician referral for dry needling. Ask your primary care doctor or OB — most are happy to provide one.
If something is outside this scope, you'll be referred
Sometimes the right answer is a different provider. If your condition is outside this practice's scope or specialty, you'll get a referral to someone better suited rather than a forced fit.
Patients from outside Bremen are welcome
All care happens in person at the Bremen clinic — no telehealth or in-home visits. Bremen Pelvic supports women throughout Georgia, and many patients travel in from across West Georgia and beyond to be seen.
Not sure which service fits?
Most patients aren't sure on day one. Book an evaluation and we'll figure it out together — or call to talk it through first.
