About the practice
Care insurance won't let most clinics give you.
Bremen Pelvic Health and Wellness is a solo, cash-pay practice built on a simple idea: pelvic floor and orthopedic care work better when the therapist has time, training, and the freedom to actually treat the whole person.
Why this practice exists
There are good pelvic floor PT options in West Georgia. What's different here is what cash-pay makes possible.
One therapist, one full hour, in a private treatment room with no waiting room distractions. No insurance company deciding when you are "done." No PT/PTA handoff between providers. No waiting list. No referral required (except for dry needling, which is a Georgia state requirement).
Most patients see significant improvement in three to four visits. Some need more, some need less. The plan of care is built around what your body actually needs, not what insurance allows.
What you can expect from this practice
Hands-on, evidence-based care
Manual therapy is the foundation, supported by breath work, movement retraining, and education that you can actually use at home. Every approach is rooted in current research, not folklore or outdated rules.
Trauma-informed, patient-led
Internal exams are never required. If you are not comfortable on day one, we work externally and revisit later — or not at all. You stay in control of every decision.
Whole-body assessment
Pelvic symptoms rarely live in isolation. With a board-certified orthopedic background, Dr. Nicole evaluates how your hips, back, ribcage, breath, and pelvic floor are working together — not just the part you came in for.
Honest about timelines
If you can be helped in three visits, you will be done in three visits. If a different provider would serve you better, you will get the referral. The goal is your outcome, not your retention.
Education first
About half of every visit is teaching you what is happening in your body. The faster you understand it, the faster you heal — and the less you need to come back.
Lived experience, not just training
Dr. Nicole has personally been through a fourth-degree tear, postpartum incontinence, a C-section with complications, years of pelvic floor PT herself, and three pregnancies. She knows the patient chair as well as the therapist chair.
Bremen is home
This is our forever home.
Dr. Nicole and her family moved to Bremen and built a house here. Her husband is in the National Guard and will retire at the Marietta headquarters. Their two daughters are growing up in this community, will go to school here, and will play sports here.
That matters because pelvic floor and orthopedic care often takes months and sometimes years. Patients deserve to know their therapist isn't going anywhere. Bremen Pelvic Health is built to be the steady, trusted option for the women of West Georgia for the next three decades — not the next eighteen months.
